True Profit is our P&L rebuilt from recorded trades, funding, loans, and DeFi swaps, with open inventory marked at our reference price. NAV Delta is the raw period-over-period change in total account value, so it also reflects deposits/withdrawals, untracked balances, unrealized DeFi position value, and exchange mark-price quirks that True Profit excludes.
